If you do not have an RSS Reader:  Please read the instructions below to obtain one (several are free).

If you’re using Internet Explorer (version 7.0 or higher):  Chances are you already have RSS.  To find it, just click on the “Favorites”  tab and at the very top of the pop-up menu showing your Favorites, look for and click on the “Feeds”  tab.  This is how you’ll access and read your new feeds.

What is RSS and How Do I Use It?

RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.”  You can use RSS to review updates from all of your favorite websites without having to visit each site.  Using an RSS reader, you would first subscribe to the feed from a website and then scan headlines to find articles of interest.  If you find an article you like, click the headline to read the complete article.  Web publishers like VitaminTesting.com use RSS to easily create and distribute news feeds that include links, headlines and summaries.  The Christian Science Monitor, CNN, and CNET News are among the many sites that now deliver updated online content via RSS.  With RSS, you’ll always have the latest headlines because your RSS reader periodically retrieves the RSS feeds.

Terms for RSS Feeds:  We encourage subscribing to VitaminTesting.com RSS feeds for personal use in a news reader or as part of a non-commercial website or blog.  We require proper format and attribution (preferably our name and a link to our site) whenever VitaminTesting.com content is posted on your website.  We reserve the right to require that you cease distributing VitaminTesting.com content.

How Do I Get a RSS Reader?

To use RSS, you will need to first download a special RSS news reader that will allow you to collect and display RSS feeds.  Many RSS readers are available and several are free.  You’ll find several options to choose from below.  Just click on the company logo to download their RSS Reader.
